Nicholas C. Gristina

Nick Gristina’s mission is to build meaningful, lasting relationships with his mediation clients. Nick understands the importance of diligent preparation, responsiveness  and professionalism. As lead counsel, Nick has successfully represented clients in thousands  of civil cases involving premises liability, casualty, bad faith and automobile personal injury  tort claims throughout Louisiana’s State and Federal Courts. Nick is honored to have been appointed to the expedited  jury trial committee of the Louisiana Law Institute and recognized by his peers and Super  Lawyers Magazine as a Louisiana Rising Star every year from 2012-2017 and as a Super  Lawyer in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Additionally, Nick is a frequent speaker/ presenter on legal topics at conferences and seminars throughout the nation.
