Kevin Phayer

Kevin Phayer joined the maps panel after 35 years working as a complex case, insurance defense litigator for a national insurance carrier. He has tried hundreds of judge and jury trials in the federal and state district and appellate courts in Southeast Louisiana. He has also mediated over 100 cases as a party participant. His primary specialty areas are automobile and trucking, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, bad faith and insurance coverage disputes, and workers compensation liability.
