William H. Justice has over 30 years of litigation experience including numerous bench and jury trials. Over that time, Bill practiced exclusively in the area of property and casualty litigation including: 14 years as senior litigation attorney for State Farm staff counsel (Terry J. Butcher & Assoc.), 5 years as manager for staff counsel for the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies (Law Offices of William H. Justice – Baton Rouge), 3 years as manager for staff counsel for Affirmative Insurance Companies/US Agencies Casualty Insurance Company and 9+ years as managing attorney for staff counsel for nonstandard carriers.
