Nat G. Kiefer, Jr. brings decades of experience in personal injury trial litigation to your mediation.  Nat has handled over 10,000 cases representing both injured plaintiffs and defendants. In his 41 year career, Nat has successfully litigated over 200 jury and judge trials in state and federal courts. He has also argued dozens of appellate cases in state and federal courts, including the federal 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, en banc, and the Louisiana Supreme Court. During his practice, he mediated over 750 cases resulting in a settlement rate of over 95%. Born and raised in New Orleans, Nat graduated at the top of his class from Tulane University Law School where he served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Nat has been named one of the top lawyers in the New Orleans area by numerous publications. He has attained the highest AV rating in both legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbel. He has taught trial advocacy programs at both Tulane and Loyola Law School, and he is a volunteer basketball coach in the local community.
