David Frohn has over 30 years of product liability and insurance litigation experience. He focuses his practice on the defense of domestic and international manufacturers of consumer and industrial products. He has extensive experience defending recreational vehicles and boats; personal watercraft; medical equipment, implants and devices; firearms; industrial tools and machinery; refinery and chemical plant process vessels; commercial transportation vehicles; electromechanical fire cause and origin. Admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas, he practices in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, he has tried nearly 100 civil jury trials to verdict as lead trial counsel. He is a Louisiana licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with work experience as a Quality Control Engineer for the Boeing Company and as a lawyer with Exxon Company, U.S.A.
