F. M. “Rae” Turner has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex cases involving serious personal injuries, medical and hospital malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, defective products (including drugs and medical devices), wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, electrical injuries, offshore and industrial accidents, and industrial fires and explosions. His commercial litigation experience extends to contract disputes, corporate, LLC, and partnership disagreements and dissolution, and contested probate matters. With training in engineering and finance, Mr. Turner has been effective in presenting complicated technical information to courts and juries in understandable terms. His business background has been put to use in banking and complex commercial transactions, including partnership and corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and securities placements. Mr. Turner is admitted to practice in state courts in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas, both United States District Courts in Mississippi, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Tax Court. Participating in hundreds of mediations, Mr. Turner’s experience has prepared him to assist the parties as a mediator in a wide range of disputes.
