F. M. (Rae) Turner, III



Over a career spanning 47 years, F. M. “Rae” Turner has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex trials and arbitrations involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death from medical and hospital malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, defective products (including drugs and medical devices), electrical injuries, offshore and industrial accidents, and industrial fires and explosions. His commercial litigation experience extends to contract disputes, corporate, LLC, and partnership disagreements and dissolution, and contested probate (succession) matters. His business background has been put to use in banking and complex commercial transactions, including partnership and corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, secured financing, and securities placements. 

Having completed advanced training in negotiation and mediation, and experience participating in over one hundred successful mediations as advocate or mediator, Mr. Turner is prepared to assist the parties to resolve a wide range of disputes.

Mr. Turner has been admitted to practice in state courts in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas, both United States District Courts in Mississippi, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Tax Court.
