Charles R. Minyard

Charles "Chuck" Minyard is presently engaged in the practice of law as a sole practitioner in Lafayette, Louisiana. He is a former partner with the law firm of Mangham, Hardy, Rolfs & Abadie and with Minyard & Brener. He practices general litigation, concentrating principally in complex commercial matters, oil and gas, banking, environmental, medical malpractice, gas pipeline construction, and personal injury. He has served as arbitrator and mediator since 1996 in areas of employment law, oil and gas, Jones Act, construction, contract disputes, and personal injury. He is admitted to Louisiana and U.S. District Courts, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, and to the U.S. Supreme Court.
