RONALD L. FAIA, Jr. has been a litigation attorney for over 35 years concentrating on general casualty litigation, including automobile liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, property, first party hurricane claims and bad faith litigation. Immediately upon graduating from law school, he spent two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick M. Schott, then Chief Judge of the Louisiana 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Ron has practiced in Louisiana state and federal courts, representing both insurance carriers and injured parties, and has tried hundreds of bench and jury trials. He has also argued cases before the Louisiana 4th and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal. Since leaving practice with a major insurance company in 2021, Ron has maintained a general practice as well as a mediation practice.
