ROGER JAVIERĀ is a native of Miami, Florida but has made New Orleans his home since 1995. He is the managing partner of The Javier Law Firm, LLC, his own practice that he has had since 2007, mostly specializing in the representation of companies, corporations, and government entities. His practice is 95% devoted to litigation in all aspects and he represents many Fortune 500 companies. He has tried cases throughout the State of Louisiana and has argued in every appellate court, before the state Supreme Court, and on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has motion, trial, and appellate practice and experience in both state and federal courts. Throughout Louisiana and even in federal court in Mississippi, he has been lead counsel and successfully tried, settled, and mediated cases, several of which have had multi-million dollar exposures. Mr. Javier is a state expert consultant for a national media publication which provides its subscribers with current jurisprudential updates. He is also national counsel to a Fortune 500 corporation regarding Medicare related issues in general liability cases. He is barred in both Louisiana and Texas jurisdictions.
