Jay Ginsberg has almost 40 years of litigation experience. Jay has effectively advocated for a variety of clients ranging from private and public entities to individuals, and has litigated hundreds of civil cases involving diverse and complex issues including class actions. For over 25 years, he has presided as a Hearing Examiner for the City of New Orleans Civil Service Commission where he hears disciplinary appeals of city employees. Jay’s extensive experience as a neutral arbiter of the facts has been invaluable when assisting litigants in the resolution of their disputes in mediation where he has enjoyed great success because he instinctively sees and understands both sides of the argument.
