Gary Giepert has been involved in construction litigation, commercial litigation, preparation of wills, successions, real estate agent errors and omissions and insurance coverage. He has practiced in front of all levels of court in the federal system and in front of all state and local courts. He is a native of New Orleans where he graduated as valedictorian from Brother Martin High School. Gary went to LSU from which he obtained a degree in accounting in 1984 and then attended the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating in December 1987. Gary Giepert is an arbitrator for the AAA Construction Section and has practiced as a litigant in construction and commercial arbitrations and mediations. Gary is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Bayou Chapter. He is a proud member of the New Orleans Rugby Club and was recently voted into the New Orleans Rugby Club’s initial Hall of Fame class. He is also a volunteer rugby coach at his alma mater, Brother Martin High School. Gary mediated cases privately for five years prior to joining maps.
