Tiffany Delery Davis is a Shareholder with the law firm of Liskow & Lewis and a qualified civil and family mediator. Tiffany focuses her litigation practice on matters concerning maritime and oilfield torts and contracts, personal injury, insurance, environmental cleanup, property damage, and coastal erosion. She also has experience handling e-discovery, toxic tort litigation and regulatory and transactional matters. “My maritime work includes the defense of energy companies facing complex claims involving serious personal injuries, property damage and other torts and losses.” She helps energy-sector clients throughout the region with permitting, enforcement and compliance with environmental rules and regulations. Her litigation background includes managing docket-wide discovery and involvement in trials, trial preparation, motions practice and mediation.Tiffany serves as Liskow’s Chief Diversity Officer and Diversity Chair and plays an instrumental role in developing and implementing policies and initiatives to facilitate the firm’s mission to create and sustain a diverse and inclusive workplace. She is also a founding member of the New Orleans Legal Diversity Collaborative and works with other organizations to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in legal and other institutions. Tiffany knows that diverse perspectives produce better outcomes, and she is dedicated to promoting diversity in all aspects of the legal profession including in the field of alternative dispute resolution. In addition to her firm-wide responsibilities, Tiffany is active in several professional and community organizations. She has spoken on issues relating to Louisiana environmental litigation, insurance, indemnity, electronic discovery, the Medicare Secondary Payor Act, offshore drilling, and DE&I.
