Timothy W. Hassinger

Tim Hassinger has successfully negotiated settlements in a wide array of cases for almost 30 years. As a practicing attorney, he has litigated, tried, and mediated cases in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana and Texas. He has extensive experience in personal injury, mass torts, multi-party, construction defect, and insurance coverage litigation. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School and is the author of Louisiana Civil Procedure published by LexisNexis. He teaches seminars on trial practice, negotiation, writing, and litigation in Louisiana and throughout the country.
