DWAYNE MARICLE is a trial-tested attorney with 34 years of litigation experience and a professionally trained mediator, having completed advanced mediation training at Pepperdine’s nationally renowned Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution. He brings a calm demeanor, sharp legal insight, and a practical, results-driven approach to his mediation and arbitration practice. Dwayne has litigated, mediated, and tried cases in both state and federal courts across Louisiana. His background includes handling complex, multi-party litigation in areas such as personal injury, products liability, construction defect, design and professional liability, and contract disputes. A respected member of the legal community, Dwayne also serves on the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Ethics Advisory Service Committee. His career has been shaped in the courtroom, and he now applies that trial experience to help parties resolve disputes with clarity and finality.
