Albert Dale Clary is a partner at Long Law Firm, L.L.P. based in Baton Rouge and has been practicing law since 1979. Early in his career, Dale clerked for Judge Frank Foil on the 19th Judicial District Court in East Baton Rouge Parish and worked as an associate attorney and then partner for Franklin, Moore & Walsh in Baton Rouge. Dale’s career has primarily been devoted to design and construction disputes and his clients have included architects, engineers, developers, construction firms, owners and public agencies. He has broad experience in technical matters and in document-intensive construction cases. Dale is experienced in early mediation and other early alternative dispute resolution and is a neutral for the American Arbitration Association. He has spoken extensively to numerous construction and professional groups about legal issues unique to the industry and has testified before Louisiana legislative committees on similar topics.
