William “Billy” Stark is currently the Managing Member at William A. Stark, A.P.L.C. After graduating from Southern Law School in 1981, he started his career as an associate at Authement, Weeks & Larke. Before starting his sole practice, Mr. Stark was a partner at Weeks and Stark. His specialties include: automobile, construction, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, property damage, real estate, and succession. Though his practice has been primarily plaintiff, Billy has served as an assistant Attorney General with significant defense experience and an abundance of trial experience.
