MS. MULCAHY leverages more than 20 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactions across the business law spectrum to provide a creative, practical, persevering approach to mediation. Ms. Mulcahy’s mediation practice encompasses all types of civil matters, with an emphasis on business break-ups, member/shareholder disputes, liquidations, breach of contract matters, construction law, employment law, and other commercial mediation matters. She received her B.A. degree from Tulane University’s Newcomb College in 1994 and her J.D. degree from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1999. Ms. Mulcahy began her legal career as Assistant General Counsel for a publicly traded telecommunications provider. She is now a member of The Derbes Law Firm, L.L.C., where she has practiced for over 16 years.
