John F. Young

John F. Young is accomplished in strategic organizational development and building collaborative relationships. He is effective in coordinating with government, legislative, and regulatory officials to expedite projects, planning and executing operations, overseeing complex  projects, spearheading initiatives, and leading organizational change. John is experienced in organizational management, operational management,  organizational audits, public relations and media coordination, project management, and sensitive negotiations. John served as the Parish  President in Jefferson Parish from 2010-2016. Prior to serving as the Parish CEO, he served as a Councilman At Large and Assistant District  Attorney. In his Civil Law practice, John had been a litigator focused on maritime, personal injury, insurance and corporate litigation.
