Judge Greene was a partner in the firm of Burns, Greene and Farmer. Elected Judge, Division D, 22nd Judicial District in St. Tammany and Washington Parishes and served from 1976 to 1997. Appointed as Judge ad hoc on the 1st and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal. Served on faculty for Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel trial advocacy seminar and on faculty for LSU Law Center Trial Advocacy Course. Lectured at Tulane continuing legal education seminars and Louisiana Bar Association Bridging the Gap seminar for young lawyers. Served on faculty for Louisiana Judicial College New Judges Orientation Seminar.
