HARVEY GODOFSKY is a St. Tammany resident. he graduated Loyola in the top 2.5% of his class and with Honors. He has been a partner with Mang, Batiza, Gaudin, Godofsky & Penzato since 1988. Mr. Godofsky has defended malpractice claims against physicians and hospitals since 1985 and has represented Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company and its insureds since 1988. He serves as a speaker on various medical malpractice topics. His specialties are Automobile, Legal Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Premises Liability and Product Liability. Mr. Godofsky is the author of “Corporation’s Liability for Intentional Torts of its President – A Change in Scope,” Loyola Law Review, Vol.24 No. 1 and “A Quantum Study of Pain and Suffering Awards in the Louisiana Appellate Courts,” Loyola Law Review, Vol.25 No. 1.
