Charles “Chip” Duhe specializes in labor and employment law, and his practice includes transportation, workers’ compensation, professional liability, and general litigation. He represents a variety of self-insured companies on workers’ compensation, general litigation matters, and self-retention issues, as well as various insurance companies on casualty litigation issues. Mr. Duhe received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University. As a member of the Louisiana Law Review at Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Mr. Duhe authored “Retroactive Application of the Louisiana Products Liability Act: A Civilian Analysis,” 49 La. Law Review 939 (1989). In addition, he was a staff member of the Louisiana House of Representatives and served as administrative assistant to a Louisiana State Representative.
