MICHAEL J. (MIKE) VONDENSTEIN began his legal career as a Law Clerk to United States District Judge A.J. McNamara, Eastern District of Louisiana, from 1982-83. Thereafter, he was engaged in a ligation practice for 37 years at Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larmann & Papale LLP, where he served as a Managing Partner, with an emphasis in oilfield litigation, admiralty/maritime law, contractual indemnity and insurance coverage (including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers’ Compensation/Employers’ Liability, Protection & Indemnity, Claims-Made Errors & Omissions, and Excess/Umbrella), general casualty litigation, construction defects, products liability, professional liability, including medical malpractice and errors & omissions claims against architects, engineers, insurance agents and brokers, in Louisiana state and federal district courts and courts of appeal.
