Mr. Moran has engaged in private practice of law with concentrations in litigation-personal injury, commercial, banking, real estate, bankruptcy, and general civil experience over his 44-year career. He was admitted to Louisiana Bar in 1972 and also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana and U.S. Court of Claims, Washington, D.C. Dating since 1990, Mr. Moran has mediated approximately 5,000 cases involving personal injury, real estate, construction, wrongful death, medical-legal malpractice, contracts, employment, commercial disputes, products liability, environmental: toxic tort, and family law. Mediation experience includes complex multi-party litigation with amounts in dispute exceeding $100 million. He is charter fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and was selected as a Louisiana Super Lawyer 2012 in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
