James “Jim” Dill began in the practice of insurance defense at Onebane, Donohoe, Bernard, Torian, Diaz, McNamara & Abell in 1988. Six years later, Mr. Dill became a partner at Borne, Wilkes, Gibson & Gill practicing insurance defense, eventually going on out his own to establish the Dill Firm APLC in 1998. With an emphasis on trucking defense, the firm also handles defense cases as well as commercial litigation. Mr. Dill has handled hundreds of mediations as a representative.
